6x Rós Rosé 2020 - Navarra, Spain
RóS Rosé is artisanal an artisanal winemaking project between O'Briens Wine Director Lynne Coyle and Alicia Eyaralar winemaker at Bodegas Tandem, Navarra, Spain. Both Garnacha fans, it is made in small quantities from sustainably farmed Garnacha vineyards, then fermented with wild yeasts and nurtured with minimal intervention in the cellar. The label is inspired by Charles Rennie Mackintosh & his wife Margaret Mc Donald, contributors to the European art nouveau movement. RóS is a rich pink colour, has notes of ripe red currents and raspberry, spice and a crisp refreshing finish.
