Owned and run by an Irish Australian couple in the Languedoc, Domaine la Sarabande makes some stunningly good Faugers in small craft sized quantities. The estate was created to achieve their dream of producing tasty, sustainable and robust wines. The vineyards have been carefully selected to create a balanced mix of shiste soils, good drainage, good aspect and a mix of young and very old vines. From their icon range with only one barrel made, Les Espinasses is a blend of Syray & Mouvédre and is a powerful, cassis laced treat.
