Since 1870, five generations of the Eguren family has been dedicated to the production and ageing of the best wines of La Rioja.  Señorío de San Vicente comes from a vineyard of exceptional location, La Canoca, with an indigenous almost extinguished variety planted, Tempranillo peludo. Average age of the wines is 35+ years giving a low but concentrated yield. Organic viniculture is practiced and all grapes are hand harvested and thoroughly sorted.
