Delhiem Grand Reserve 2013 3 Litre - Stellenbosch, South Africa
The Delhiem Grand Reserve is the top Cabernet Sauvignon from the prestigious family owned Delheim estate in Stellenbosch. Delheim has a fully embedded social responsibly program and these grapes come from two of the estate’s vineyard sites in Simonsberg. The wine spent 17 months maturing in 300L French oak barrels and shows notes of cedarwood and oak spice along with classic cassis and elegant tannins on the palate. This wine has all the age worthy hallmarks which will allow it to mature gracefully for at least 10 years from vintage.
