Casa de Uco is located in the middle of the Uco Valley in Mendoza. The vineyards enjoy a combination of the ideal altitude at 1250 meters above sea level and a semi-desert climate with 330 days of sun per year. The vineyard selection is made from 100% Malbec and 75% of the wine is aged in 2,500 litre Italian foudre. The Salvaje Malbec is made from certified organic vineyards located at 1300 metres above sea level. Whilst powerful, both wines show freshness, well managed tannin and plummy, red fruit notes.
